Renada W. Deschamp, MPA, CDE®, joined Woman’s in October 2022 as Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer. She is responsible for the creation, implementation and integration of a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy that includes the talent life cycle, operations, and health equity. In 2023, Ms. Deschamp was selected by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of the 2023Diversity Leaders to Watch, the program honors the top diverse healthcare executives and organizations influencing policy, care delivery and public health, and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in their organizations and the healthcare industry. She is a member of Mayor Sid Edwards’ Healthcare transition team and a current cohort member of Leadership Louisiana. In 2024, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Chief Diversity Officers in the nation by Women We Admire.
