Dr. Melissa Thompson is a partner at Success Labs, a Baton Rouge-based management consulting firm, where she uses her extensive experience in interpersonal communication, leadership development, and organizational development to help transform organizations, teams, and leaders. Outside of her Success Labs’ role, Melissa serves as an organizer and speaker coach for TEDxBatonRouge and is an adjunct faculty member in the LSU E.J. Ourso College of Business. She is a board member for the Louisiana Art & Science Museum, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, and serves in an international volunteer role for Delta Gamma.
