On behalf of the entire GBR SHRM Board of Directors, I'm thrilled to welcome all of our new and returning members! We're so excited to have you as a part of this thriving community of professionals. We're consistently impressed by the talent and dedication of our members and your remarkable contributions to the HR profession, your work, and the community.

Since 1977, GBR SHRM has served as a trusted resource for local businesses, business leaders, and HR professionals. We provide a wealth of resources to help you excel in your career, including ongoing professional development programs, valuable networking opportunities, and a supportive environment for growth. With hundreds of members representing every sector, you'll gain access to a dynamic network of colleagues and industry experts, as well as stay up to date on the latest workforce trends, best practices, and innovation.

However, my favorite thing about GBR SHRM is that while it provides a platform for supporting both personal and professional growth, it also offers impactful opportunities to give back to the Capital Region. As an HR professional who is passionate about giving back to the community, this fills my cup tremendously.

The last few years have brought about significant change for all of us. As we continue to navigate the new and ever-evolving landscape, GBR SHRM is dedicated to creating better workplaces, enriching our community, and driving meaningful opportunity and connection that helps us meet today’s needs and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.
