Toya Spruel is a Leadership and Organizational Development professional. In her career, she has developed talent through creating new team member onboarding and retention programs, serving as a certified Crucial Conversations expert, and becoming a certified Talent Development Coach through the Association for Talent Development. She also specializes in talent and leadership development soft skills such as emotional intelligence, leading through change, time management, 360 feedback, customer service (A-list experience), building your brand as an employee, and more. She is the Project Manager for all leadership program development sessions for manager and above level positions within organizations. She currently serves as the Sr. Learning Partner for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health.
